You will receive your order within 7 days at the address of your choice: at home, at your place of work, or at a friend's address. Deliveries occur on weekdays between 8 am and 6 pm. For shipping outside of Belgium, you will receive your order within 7 to 15 days.
If you are absent when the delivery agent presents your order, he will leave a card giving you the possibility to schedule another home delivery or to go to the nearest post office to receive your package.
The costs that must be paid in addition to the purchase price include handling and shipping fees to your home.

If the customer makes a bank wire transfer, he/she is committed to send the total amount of his/her order, including charges, within 48 hours. Buissonnière offers you the possibility to return the items you bought on the website if they are not to your liking.

You have a time frame of 14 days following the day after you received your order to send it back - the postmark date shall be considered proof.

- Send us the items in their original packaging along with all the tags and accessories received upon delivery

The measurement is from the buckle tongue to the third hole for a 5-hole belt and the middle hole for a 3-hole belt.

Washing instructions:

Always read the garment care instructions.
Wash colored clothing separately or with similar colors in order to avoid color transfer.
Remove detachable details and close Velcros and zippers before washing.
Use laundry detergent as indicated on the package.
Always wash printed clothing inside out.
Washing by hand: use warm water, 40°C max. and make sure the detergent dissolves.

Ironing instructions:

Always read the garment care instructions.
Iron clothing inside out as often as possible in order to avoid ironing marks.

Drying instructions:

Always read the garment care instructions.
Do not dry the garment in the sun to avoid discoloration.
Heavy sweaters must be shaped and dried flat in order to keep their original shape.

Tips for wool or Lycra/spandex garments:

Wool may shrink or mat if:

Washed at an elevated temperature (more than 30°C)
Soaked in water too long
A wool program that is too long
Too much detergent

Instructions leather:

Leather and suede items should be taken to a specialist leather dry cleaner.

Instructions silk:

Silk is a very delicate material and should be treated with care. Use a detergent for delicates when washing silk and do not stretch the garment while wet.
