Buissonnière is a the unique story of a young mother looking for beautiful and affordable clothes for her baby.

Nothing in the stores corresponded to her desires for quality, style and good prices, so she started to make her daughter's clothes herself.

The success of her little outfits is immediate. In 1985, she decided to go all out and create with her husband a first collection for children, called "Buissonnière".

After a few private sales, she quickly expanded the collections and opened her first store in Wavre.

Buissonnière is also a family story: over the years, cousins, brothers and sisters will join the great adventure.

Today the story has come full circle. The four daughters of the founders have taken over the reins of the company and the grandchildren are the new generation to enrich and complete the Buissonnière collections.

We deliver worldwide. We have partnered with Global-e to ship to over 190 countries. Delivery times, costs and customs duties depend on your shipping location and will be displayed at checkout.

For delivery in Belgium:

Free delivery to one of our stores.

Free for all orders of €250 or more.

€2 for Bpost packet distributors and Bpost delivery points

€3.50 for Bpost home delivery

For delivery within Europe:

€5.50 and free for any order of €135/€150/€175 or above.
For France, the shipping is free for any order of €135 or above.
For the Netherlands, Germany and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, shipping is free for any order of €150 or above.
For the other European countries, deliveries are free for any order of €175 or above.

For delivery in the UK:

GBP 5 and free for all orders of GBP 125 or more.

For delivery in Switzerland:

CHF 5 and free for all orders of CHF 150 or more.

For delivery in the United States:

USD 9.90 and free for orders of USD 200 or more.

For delivery in the rest of the world:

€9.90 and free for all orders of €200 or more. 

For Belgium and France, we deliver with Bpost. For the other countries, we deliver with DHL courrier, express and point of collection.

For a shipping in Belgium, Buissonnière will do its best to ship the order within 5 opening days at the delivery address, following the validation of the order and upon receipt of the payment. Deliveries occur on weekdays between 8 am and 6 pm.

For shipping outside of Belgium, you will receive your order within 3 to 15 opening days. If you are absent when the delivery agent presents your order, he will leave a card giving you the possibility to schedule another home delivery or to go to the nearest post office to receive your package. 

To make a return, log into your account on our website, click on the " my orders " link and follow the instructions.

The clothing items you wish to return must be properly packed, have all the tags and accessories received upon delivery, and have never been worn.

From Europe: 3.5€

From the United Kingdom: 5 GBP

From Switzerland: 5 CHF

From the United States: 10 USD

Rest of the world: 10€

If you wish to return one or more items, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days, following the day after you received your order, the postmark date shall be considered proof. 

Your decision to withdraw must be sent to us before the deadline expires. You have then a notice period of 14 days to send us back the item(s) mentioned in your decision to withdraw. 

Your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal is notified to us when you make your return request on our website. To request a return, simply log in to your account, click on "my returns" and follow the instructions.

The exchanges can be made only in our stores. Online, we will reimburse but not exchange. Online, you also have the possibility to ask for a voucher. If you wish to order another size, color or article, you need to place a new order or visit one of our stores in Belgium. 

Items purchased in our e-shop during the sales, from 2 January to mid February, can neither be exchanged nor returned in the shop, but must be returned by mail to the e-shop in order to receive a refund.
The cost of the return is at the customer's expense and will be deducted from the amount of the returned items.

Your voucher can be used on the site at the time of payment. In this case, simply enter your code and your purchase amount will be automatically deducted.

Vouchers received via the website are valid for 6 months and redeemable only on our online shop.

If you made an exchange in one of our stores, your purchase voucher will only be valid in the store where you received it.

We hold sales twice a year at the end of the season on official dates. We also run other special offers on an ad hoc basis. Don't hesitate to subscribe to our newsletter to be informed of all our special offers.

Clearances take place on an ad hoc basis, once every 3-4 years. When we organise one, we communicate it via our newsletter and our social networks. Do not hesitate to subscribe to our newsletter in order to be kept informed of such events.

Every computer screen has its own settings. There can, therefore, be a slight difference in color. We work with a screen that has been professionally calibrated in order to provide you with photos that are as close as possible to the real thing.
